Account Sales Representatives

We are currently looking for:
  • 2 Full time Account Sales Representatives

The Account Sales Representative will drive company sales by sourcing new prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. By providing company solutions, the Account Sales Representative will boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Rewarding compensation plan is in place with an attractive base and uncapped commission. As COLA expands business lines, the Account Sales Representative will be expected to learn new products and services and add to their sales portfolio.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media activities. Build networks among manufacturers, consultants and other industry partners.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of COLA’s products. Set up virtual meetings with potential customers to give product demonstrations, negotiate deals and produce sales conversions.
  • Meet monthly goals, report pipeline and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs, develop competitive analysis, and identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Analyze competitive landscape, gather feedback from leads and share insights during team meetings.
  • Ensure data integrity and properly maintain activities/records in the Salesforce.com CRM tool.
  • Available to perform work related duties as requested.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Meets commitments.
  • Strong ability to prospect, nurture, negotiate and close sales
  • High competency with telephone based sales.
  • Able to work independently with direction.
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Ability to translate complicated processes for the average consumer
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years’ Inside Sales experience (Training in Sandler, SPIN or Miller – Heiman desired)
  • Healthcare sales experience a plus
