Complaints

Concerns or complaints regarding quality patient testing or laboratory employee safety in COLA- accredited facilities can be filed anonymously by calling (800) 981-9883 (toll free), or by e-mail at info@cola.org.

COLA investigates all complaints made against COLA-accredited laboratories. Although COLA strongly believes that a laboratory must be notified when a complaint has been made, it will not disclose the complainant’s name to the laboratory.
