- Full time Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative will qualify prospects, act on leads provided by Marketing, convert high volume inbound and outbound leads and successfully manage the sales process of COLA products and services. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities, close sales to achieve new customer acquisition goals, and increase revenue.
The person in this position will demonstrate COLA values; promote and sell COLA programs; hold an intentional mind-set and seek coaching, when needed, and ensure the success of the “total organization”. The position will actively support COLA Leadership and COLA’s Strategic Plans that focus on sustaining and furthering COLA’s growth and development
