- Full time Project Manager
Under direction of the Quality Systems Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects within budget and scope. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, identify resources, assign responsibilities, monitor budgets, timelines and resource allocation, in addition to prepare reports regarding the status of all projects. The Project Manager will provide support to COLA staff and contribute to the projects. The Project Manager will work with the with Quality Systems staff and business owners to ensure necessary documentation is developed to support full scale implementation of projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for record retention in accordance with COLA’s internal policies and requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
